Since 2013, our team—led by Janeth Balingasa and Jazen Mallari Janson—has been delivering dependable construction finishing and renovation works for both residential and commercial clients. What started from small contracts has grown into a fully registered company as of 2023, backed by years of hands-on experience, careful planning, and a consistent commitment to quality. Company History
Over the years, Zean Construction Finishing Services has specialized in structural layout to complete finishing works including ceiling installation, tile setting, drywall partition, all kinds of painting, roofing, modular cabinetry fabrication and installation (kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, vanity, walk-in closet), as well as fencing, gate works, and full renovation services. Our team understands that construction is not only about labor—it is about precision, coordination, transparency with clients, and respect for schedules and budgets.
